Meet Megan 

Megan's journey began with an undergraduate degree in education from the University of Montana, where she then went on to become a High School Teacher in a rural community for five years. During this time, she discovered her passion for supporting individuals' mental health needs and helping them heal from life's challenges. She pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling from Montana State University Billings and began working for a Nonprofit Organization providing high levels of care and Community Based Mental Health Services to children and families throughout Montana. Here, she was trained in trauma-informed approaches to therapy, focusing on trauma processing, building healthy attachment, and developing skills for regulation. At this Nonprofit, Megan also provided Home Support Services and Case Management Services to families in need. Megan has since completed numerous trainings to strengthen her specialities and services. One includes a certification in Hypnotherapy which was obtained from completing education at the California Institute of Healing Arts and Sciences. Another includes a certification in SMART Therapy (Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy) which focuses on support for complex trauma.

Megan is eager to continue providing therapeutic care to individuals of all ages and needs. She is a true believer that with a little bit of support healing is possible for everyone!
